Active crypto markets with volume, prices and related platforms. Auto-refreshes every 5 minutes.
Read the resolution source before the price — it decides more outcomes than direction does.
Crypto is the only category here that trades every hour of every day, which changes how contracts are written. There is no closing bell to settle against, so a price market has to name an exchange, an index or a timestamp — and that choice matters more than the direction of your view.
Two contracts on the same threshold can settle differently if one reads an intraday wick and the other reads a snapshot at a fixed minute. Confirm the source and the moment before sizing anything.
| Settlement source | What to check |
|---|---|
| Named exchange or indexPrice and threshold contracts | The rules name the venue; a different exchange print does not settle it |
| Regulator docketsETF and product approvals | Decision and deadline dates are public and firm |
| On-chain dataSupply, staking and upgrade milestones | Verifiable, but reorgs and client differences need a confirmation depth |
| Protocol governanceFork, upgrade and parameter outcomes | Snapshot votes settle fast; implementation often lags the vote |
The same headline event can be listed as several different contracts. These are the shapes you will meet in crypto.
Whether an asset trades above or below a level by a deadline. Watch whether the rules read a wick or a fixed snapshot.
Whether a regulator clears a product by its statutory decision date.
Whether a fork or protocol change activates in a window, settled from chain state rather than announcements.
Unlocks, issuance and treasury milestones read from public chain data.
Coverage differs sharply by category. These are the venues worth comparing first here — always verify eligibility yourself.

Whichever one the contract names — a specific exchange, a composite index or a snapshot at a stated minute. If the rules do not name a source clearly, that is a reason to avoid the market rather than a detail to overlook.
Only if the rules read intraday highs. Many contracts settle from a snapshot at a fixed time, so a brief wick through the level resolves No.
Not always. Wallet-first venues require self-custody, but eligible US users can trade crypto-referencing contracts on a regulated venue with ordinary bank funding.
